01DMCA Policy Overview
KreatorAI respects the intellectual property rights of creators and content owners. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512, we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement committed using the KreatorAI service.
Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user responsible for uploading or generating the material.

03Submit an Infringement Notice
To expedite review, please complete all required fields below. Submissions are processed directly by our Trust & Safety engineering workflow.
04Counter-Notice Procedure
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification (e.g. you have a valid license or your use is fair use), you may file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Send your written counter-notice to dmca@kreatoraistudio.com including:
- Identification of the material that was disabled and the location where it appeared.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or any judicial district in which KreatorAI may be found, if outside the U.S.).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless the copyright owner files a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we will restore the disabled material.
05Repeat Infringer Policy
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(i)(1)(A), KreatorAI enforces a strict repeat infringer policy. We terminate user accounts that are the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices or that repeatedly engage in willful copyright infringement.
